Moldovan Education System
The Moldovan Education System consists of several levels, including preschool, primary, secondary, and higher education. Education is compulsory for children aged 6 to 15, covering grades 1 to 9. After completing secondary education, students can pursue vocational training or higher education at universities.
The system is regulated by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of Moldova. Instruction is primarily in Romanian, but other languages such as Russian and Ukrainian are also used in some schools. The curriculum includes subjects like mathematics, science, literature, and foreign languages, aiming to prepare students for both local and global challenges.
