Mille-Feuille
Mille-Feuille, also known as Napoleon, is a classic French pastry made of layers of puff pastry and cream. The name translates to "thousand leaves," referring to the many thin layers that create its flaky texture. Traditionally, it consists of three layers of pastry alternating with two layers of pastry cream, often flavored with vanilla.
The top of the Mille-Feuille is typically glazed with icing or dusted with powdered sugar, and sometimes decorated with chocolate or fruit. This dessert is popular in many countries and can be found in various forms, showcasing the versatility of its basic components.
