Midoriya Izuku, often referred to as Deku, is the main protagonist of the anime and manga series My Hero Academia. He is a young boy born without a superpower, known as a Quirk, in a world where they are common. Despite this, he dreams of becoming a great hero like his idol, All Might. After a chance encounter with All Might, he inherits the legendary hero's Quirk, One For All. This allows him to attend U.A. High School, a prestigious academy for aspiring heroes. Throughout the series, Midoriya demonstrates determination, intelligence, and a strong sense of justice as he trains to become a professional hero.
