Microturbine
A microturbine is a small, efficient power generation system that converts fuel into electricity. Typically ranging from 30 kW to 500 kW in capacity, these turbines can run on various fuels, including natural gas, propane, and biogas. They are often used in distributed energy systems, providing power for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and remote locations.
Microturbines are known for their low emissions and quiet operation, making them an environmentally friendly option. They can also be combined with other technologies, such as combined heat and power (CHP) systems, to enhance overall energy efficiency and provide both electricity and useful heat.
