MicroDragon
MicroDragon is a small, low-cost satellite developed by Vietnam National Space Center (VNSC) to enhance the country's capabilities in space technology. Launched in January 2019, it is designed for Earth observation and can capture images to monitor environmental changes, urban development, and agricultural activities.
The satellite weighs about 1 kilogram and is equipped with a camera that can take high-resolution images. MicroDragon is part of Vietnam's efforts to advance its space program and contribute to scientific research, disaster management, and resource monitoring, showcasing the nation's growing expertise in satellite technology.
