Michel de Nostredame
Michel de Nostredame, commonly known as Nostradamus, was a French astrologer, physician, and reputed seer born on December 14, 1503. He is best known for his book, Les Prophéties, published in 1555, which contains a collection of 942 poetic quatrains that many believe predict future events. Nostradamus's work has fascinated readers for centuries, leading to various interpretations of his prophecies.
Nostradamus initially trained as a physician and gained recognition for his work during outbreaks of the plague. His interest in astrology and the occult later influenced his writings. Despite skepticism from some scholars, Nostradamus remains a prominent figure in popular culture, often associated with predictions of significant historical events.
