Michael Morbius
Michael Morbius is a fictional character in the Marvel Comics universe, created by writer Roy Thomas and artist Gil Kane. He first appeared in "The Amazing Spider-Man" #101 in 1971. Morbius is a biochemist who transforms into a living vampire after a failed experiment to cure his rare blood disease. This transformation grants him superhuman abilities, including enhanced strength and speed, but also a thirst for blood.
Morbius is often portrayed as an anti-hero, struggling with his vampiric urges while trying to do good. He has crossed paths with various characters, including Spider-Man and Blade, and has appeared in several comic book series and adaptations, including a 2022 film titled "Morbius."
