MiG-1
The MiG-1 was a Soviet fighter aircraft developed in the late 1930s. It was designed by the Mikoyan-Gurevich bureau and first flew in 1940. The aircraft was notable for its all-metal construction and was powered by a Mikulin AM-35 engine, allowing it to reach speeds of around 600 km/h.
Although the MiG-1 had advanced features for its time, it faced challenges in combat due to its performance compared to other fighters. It was eventually replaced by more advanced models, such as the MiG-3, which offered improved capabilities during World War II.
