Mexican League
The Mexican League is a professional baseball league in Mexico, officially known as the Liga Mexicana de Béisbol (LMB). Founded in 1925, it is one of the oldest and most prominent baseball leagues in Latin America. The league features teams from various cities across Mexico and operates during the summer months, typically from April to August.
The Mexican League is considered a Triple-A league, which is one level below Major League Baseball (MLB). Many players in the LMB aspire to reach the MLB, and the league has a history of showcasing both local talent and international players. The championship series is known as the Serie del Rey.
