Meistriliiga
Meistriliiga is the top professional football league in Estonia. Established in 1992, it features a competitive format where teams compete for the championship title. The league typically consists of 10 teams that play each other in a round-robin format, with the season running from March to November.
The league is governed by the Estonian Football Association and is part of the UEFA system. The team with the most points at the end of the season is crowned the champion, while the bottom teams face relegation to the lower division, known as Esiliiga.
