Martin J. Sherwin
Martin J. Sherwin is an American historian and author, best known for his work on the history of nuclear weapons and the Manhattan Project. He co-authored the Pulitzer Prize-winning biography, American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer, which explores the life of the physicist who played a key role in developing the atomic bomb.
Sherwin has also served as a professor at George Mason University and has contributed to various academic journals. His research focuses on the ethical implications of science and technology, particularly in relation to nuclear policy and warfare.
