Marianist Sisters
The Marianist Sisters are a religious community founded in 1816 by Blessed William Joseph Chaminade in France. They are part of the Marianist Family, which also includes the Society of Mary (Marianist priests and brothers). The sisters focus on education, social justice, and the spiritual development of individuals, particularly women and children.
The mission of the Marianist Sisters is to promote the teachings of the Catholic Church and foster a sense of community and service. They operate schools, retreat centers, and various social outreach programs worldwide, emphasizing the importance of faith, family, and community in their work.
