Magyar tribes
The Magyar tribes were a group of nomadic peoples who originated from the Ural Mountains region in Central Asia. They migrated westward during the late 9th century, eventually settling in the Carpathian Basin. The most notable of these tribes were the Hungarians, who played a significant role in the formation of the modern nation of Hungary.
These tribes were known for their skilled horsemanship and warrior culture. They formed a confederation under the leadership of Árpád, who is often regarded as the founder of the Hungarian state. The Magyar tribes significantly influenced the region's history, culture, and language.
