Magnetic Forces
Magnetic forces are the attractive or repulsive interactions between objects that have a magnetic field. These forces are produced by moving electric charges, such as those found in electromagnets or permanent magnets. The strength of the magnetic force depends on the distance between the objects and the strength of their magnetic fields.
Magnets have two poles: north and south. When two magnets are brought close together, opposite poles attract each other, while like poles repel. This behavior is essential in many applications, including electric motors, generators, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines.
