Macaya Mountain Range
The Macaya Mountain Range is located in southwestern Haiti, primarily within the Les Cayes region. This mountain range is part of the larger Massif de la Hotte and features rugged terrain, lush forests, and diverse wildlife. The highest peak, Pic Macaya, reaches an elevation of approximately 2,347 meters (7,700 feet), making it one of the tallest mountains in the country.
