M14 Rifle
The M14 rifle is a military firearm that was developed in the United States in the late 1950s. It is a gas-operated, magazine-fed, selective-fire rifle that fires the 7.62×51mm NATO cartridge. The M14 was designed to replace the M1 Garand and was used by U.S. forces during the Vietnam War.
The M14 features a wooden stock and a distinctive long barrel, which contributes to its accuracy at longer ranges. Although it was eventually replaced by the M16 rifle, the M14 remains in limited use today, particularly in designated marksman roles and by some military and law enforcement units.
