Mûmakil
Mûmakil, also known as Mumakil, are giant elephant-like creatures from the fictional world of Middle-earth, created by J.R.R. Tolkien. They are primarily associated with the Haradrim, a group of people from the southern regions of Middle-earth. Mûmakil are known for their immense size and strength, often used in battle as living war machines.
These creatures have long, curved tusks and are typically covered in thick, gray skin. Mûmakil can carry large platforms on their backs, where archers and soldiers can stand during combat. They play a significant role in the battles of the Lord of the Rings, particularly during the Battle of the Pelennor Fields.
