Loudun
Loudun is a small town located in the Vienne department of western France. It is known for its rich history, particularly during the 17th century when it was the site of a famous case of alleged witchcraft and possession involving the Urbain Grandier trial. The town features well-preserved architecture, including the Saint-Pierre Church and remnants of its medieval fortifications.
