Los Shakers
Los Shakers was a popular rock band from Uruguay formed in the 1960s. They are often credited as pioneers of the Uruguayan rock scene and were influenced by the British Invasion, particularly bands like The Beatles. Their music combined elements of rock, pop, and beat, which resonated with the youth of the time.
The band consisted of members Eduardo Mateo, Osvaldo Fattoruso, Jorge González, and Héctor "Pico" Dilelio.
