Long-Tailed Tit
The Long-Tailed Tit is a small, charming bird found across Europe and parts of Asia. It has a distinctive long tail, which can be almost as long as its body, and is characterized by its fluffy, round shape. The plumage is primarily pink and white, with black markings on the head and wings. These birds are often seen in small flocks, flitting through trees and shrubs in search of insects and seeds.
Long-Tailed Tits build intricate nests, often using moss, feathers, and spider silk, which they place in dense vegetation. They are known for their acrobatic movements, allowing them to easily navigate through branches. Their sweet, high-pitched calls can often be heard as they communicate with one another while foraging.
