Liturgical Roles
Liturgical roles refer to the various positions and responsibilities individuals hold during a religious service or ceremony. These roles can include leaders such as priests, ministers, or pastors, who guide the worship, as well as deacons and lay readers, who assist in readings and prayers. Each role contributes to the overall flow and structure of the service.
In addition to leadership roles, there are also participants like choir members and ushers who enhance the worship experience. Altar servers may assist with the preparation of the altar, while greeters welcome attendees. Together, these roles create a cohesive and meaningful worship environment.
