Little League Baseball
Little League Baseball is a youth baseball organization that provides children ages 4 to 16 the opportunity to play organized baseball. Founded in 1939, it emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development. Teams are typically formed based on age groups, allowing players to compete at appropriate skill levels.
Games are played in local communities, and the season usually runs from spring to summer. Little League also hosts tournaments, culminating in the annual Little League World Series, where teams from around the world compete. The organization aims to foster a love for the game while teaching valuable life lessons.
