Lindsay Whalen
Lindsay Whalen is a former professional basketball player and current head coach of the University of Minnesota women's basketball team. She was born on May 28, 1982, in Hutchinson, Minnesota, and gained fame as a point guard in the WNBA, where she played for the Minnesota Lynx and the Connecticut Sun. Whalen is known for her exceptional passing skills and leadership on the court.
During her career, Whalen won four WNBA championships with the Lynx and was selected to multiple All-Star teams. She also had a successful collegiate career at the University of Minnesota, where she became the school's all-time leading scorer.
