Light and Sound
Light is a form of energy that travels in waves and allows us to see the world around us. It can come from natural sources like the Sun or artificial sources like light bulbs. Light travels at a speed of about 299,792 kilometers per second in a vacuum and can be reflected, refracted, or absorbed by different materials.
Sound, on the other hand, is produced by vibrations that create waves in the air or other mediums. These sound waves travel at different speeds depending on the medium, with air being slower than water or solids. Our ears detect these vibrations, allowing us to hear sounds like music, speech, or environmental noises.
