Liches
A lich is a type of undead creature commonly found in fantasy literature and role-playing games. Traditionally, a lich is a powerful spellcaster who has achieved immortality by binding their soul to a phylactery, an object that protects their essence. This allows them to continue existing even after their physical body has decayed or been destroyed.
Liches are often depicted as skeletal figures, wearing tattered robes and possessing dark magical abilities. They are typically portrayed as malevolent beings, seeking to expand their power and knowledge. In many stories, they serve as formidable adversaries for heroes, using their intelligence and magic to challenge those who oppose them.
