Lesley Stahl is an American journalist and television personality, best known for her work on the CBS news program 60 Minutes. She has had a long and distinguished career in journalism, covering major events and interviewing prominent figures in politics and culture. Stahl began her career in the 1970s and has received numerous awards for her reporting, including multiple Emmy Awards. In addition to her work on 60 Minutes, she has also served as a correspondent for CBS Evening News and hosted the program Face the Nation.
