Leatherface
Leatherface is a fictional character from the horror film franchise The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. He is known for wearing a mask made of human skin and using a chainsaw as his weapon of choice. The character is often depicted as a mentally disturbed individual who lives with his cannibalistic family in rural Texas.
First introduced in the 1974 film directed by Tobe Hooper, Leatherface has become an iconic figure in horror cinema. His character is loosely inspired by the real-life murderer Ed Gein, who also had a history of skinning his victims. Over the years, Leatherface has appeared in multiple sequels, remakes, and spin-offs.
