Language Agreement
Language Agreement refers to the grammatical rules that ensure consistency between different parts of a sentence. This often involves matching subjects with their verbs in number (singular or plural) and ensuring that pronouns agree with the nouns they replace. For example, in the sentence "The dog barks," the singular subject "dog" agrees with the singular verb "barks."
In addition to subject-verb agreement, Language Agreement also includes noun-pronoun agreement. This means that a pronoun must match the noun it refers to in both number and gender. For instance, in the phrase "The girl lost her book," the singular pronoun "her" correctly refers to the singular noun "girl."
