Lang Ping
Lang Ping is a former Chinese volleyball player and coach, widely regarded as one of the greatest players in the sport's history. Born on August 10, 1960, she played as a spiker and was a key member of the Chinese national team that won the gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
After retiring as a player, Lang Ping transitioned to coaching, leading the Chinese women's national team to numerous victories, including the gold medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Her contributions to volleyball have made her a prominent figure in sports, inspiring many athletes worldwide.
