Landon Donovan
Landon Donovan is a retired American soccer player, widely regarded as one of the best in U.S. history. Born on March 4, 1982, in Ontario, California, he played as a forward and midfielder. Donovan had a successful club career, primarily with LA Galaxy in Major League Soccer (MLS), where he won multiple championships.
Donovan also made significant contributions to the United States Men's National Soccer Team. He earned 157 caps and scored 57 goals, participating in three FIFA World Cups. His most memorable moment came in 2010 when he scored a dramatic last-minute goal against Algeria, sending the U.S. to the knockout stage.
