Lake Hula
Lake Hula is a freshwater lake located in northern Israel, near the border with Syria. It was originally part of a larger wetland area known as the Hula Valley, which was drained in the 1950s for agricultural development. The lake is approximately 5 square kilometers in size and is surrounded by diverse habitats, including marshes and forests.
