Lacrosse Balls
Lacrosse balls are small, hard balls used in the sport of lacrosse. They are typically made of solid rubber and have a diameter of about 7.5 centimeters (3 inches). Weighing around 140 grams (5 ounces), these balls are designed for durability and consistent performance during games and practices.
In lacrosse, players use the balls to pass, catch, and shoot while trying to score goals. The bright white color of standard lacrosse balls makes them easy to see on the field. There are also colored and patterned versions available for training and recreational play.
