LDS Temples
LDS Temples are sacred buildings used by members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) for religious ceremonies and worship. Unlike regular church meetinghouses, temples are considered holy spaces where members participate in ordinances, such as marriages and baptisms for the dead.
Temples are often characterized by their distinctive architecture, including spires and angel statues, such as the Angel Moroni. Access to temples is generally restricted to members who hold a valid temple recommend, signifying their commitment to the faith and adherence to its teachings.
