Koreshanity
Koreshanity is a religious movement founded by David Koresh, who claimed to be the final prophet of the Branch Davidians, a sect that emerged from the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The movement gained attention in the early 1990s, particularly during the standoff with federal agents in Waco, Texas, in 1993.
Koreshanity emphasizes the interpretation of the Bible, particularly the Book of Revelation, and teaches that the end times are imminent. Followers believed that Koresh was the "Lamb of God" and that he had a unique understanding of divine prophecy, which guided their beliefs and practices.
