Korean flag
The Korean flag, known as the Taegukgi, features a white field symbolizing peace and purity. In the center, a red and blue circle represents the balance of opposing forces, inspired by the Yin and Yang philosophy. The red half signifies positive energy, while the blue half represents negative energy.
Four black trigrams are positioned at each corner of the flag. These trigrams, derived from the I Ching, symbolize various elements: heaven, earth, fire, and water. Together, the design reflects the harmony and balance of the universe, embodying the spirit of the Korean people.
