Korean Volleyball Association
The Korean Volleyball Association (KVA) is the governing body for volleyball in South Korea. Established in 1966, it oversees the development and promotion of both indoor and beach volleyball. The KVA organizes national competitions, training programs, and coaching certifications to enhance the sport's popularity and skill level across the country.
The association is responsible for managing the national teams, including the men's and women's teams that compete in international events like the FIVB Volleyball World Championships and the Olympic Games. The KVA also works to improve facilities and support grassroots initiatives to encourage participation in volleyball at all levels.
