Korean Golf Association
The Korean Golf Association (KGA) is the governing body for golf in South Korea. Established in 1958, it oversees the development and promotion of the sport at all levels, from amateur to professional. The KGA organizes various tournaments, including the prestigious Korean Open, and works to enhance the skills of players through training programs and coaching.
In addition to managing competitions, the KGA is responsible for setting rules and regulations for the sport within the country. It also collaborates with international golf organizations to promote South Korean golf on a global scale, fostering talent and encouraging participation in the sport.
