Kongō-Class
The Kongō-Class is a series of four fast battleships built for the Imperial Japanese Navy in the early 20th century. They were designed to engage enemy ships and protect Japan's maritime interests. The class includes the ships Kongō, Hiei, Haruna, and Kirishima, which were launched between 1911 and 1917.
These battleships were notable for their speed and firepower, featuring a main armament of 14-inch guns. The Kongō-Class underwent several modernizations throughout their service, adapting to the changing naval warfare landscape during both World War I and World War II.
