Kickboards
Kickboards are small, buoyant devices used primarily in swimming pools to aid in learning and improving swimming techniques. They are typically rectangular and made of foam or plastic, providing support for swimmers as they practice kicking and arm strokes. Kickboards help swimmers focus on their leg movements without worrying about staying afloat.
In addition to swimming lessons, kickboards are often used in water aerobics and rehabilitation exercises. They can enhance workouts by adding resistance, making it easier to build strength and endurance. Many swimmers of all ages, from beginners to advanced, utilize kickboards to refine their skills and improve their overall performance in the water.
