Keyframing
Keyframing is a technique used in animation and video editing to create smooth transitions between different states or positions. By setting specific points, called keyframes, at certain times, animators can define the starting and ending points of an action. The software then automatically fills in the frames in between, creating fluid motion.
This method is widely used in various applications, including Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Final Cut Pro. Keyframing allows creators to control parameters like position, scale, and opacity over time, making it essential for producing dynamic and engaging visual content.
