Karla Souza is a Mexican actress and producer, best known for her role as Laurel Castillo in the popular television series How to Get Away with Murder. Born on December 11, 1985, in Mexico City, she studied acting at the Centro de Educación Artística in Mexico and later moved to the United States to pursue her career. In addition to her work on television, Souza has appeared in several films, including Instructions Not Included and Everybody Loves Somebody.
