Junkers G.38
The Junkers G.38 was a German long-range transport aircraft developed in the late 1920s and early 1930s. It featured a distinctive high-wing design and was notable for its large size, capable of carrying up to 34 passengers or significant cargo. The aircraft was powered by four Junkers Jumo engines, which provided it with impressive range and performance for its time.
First flown in 1929, the G.38 was primarily used by the Lufthansa airline for transcontinental flights. Although only a few units were built, it represented a significant advancement in aviation technology and design, paving the way for future commercial aircraft developments.
