Jukun
The Jukun people are an ethnic group primarily found in Nigeria, particularly in the central region of the country. They are known for their rich cultural heritage, which includes traditional music, dance, and art. The Jukun language, also called Jukun, belongs to the Benue-Congo branch of the Niger-Congo language family.
Historically, the Jukun established the Kwararafa Kingdom, which was influential in the region during the 15th to 18th centuries. Today, the Jukun community is involved in agriculture, trade, and various crafts, contributing to the diverse cultural landscape of Nigeria.
