Josh Phelps
Josh Phelps is a former professional baseball player from the United States. He was born on March 15, 1977, in Tucson, Arizona. Phelps played as a first baseman and outfielder in Major League Baseball (MLB) for several teams, including the Toronto Blue Jays, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and Cleveland Indians.
