Jor Language
Jor Language is a lesser-known language spoken primarily in parts of Nigeria. It belongs to the Niger-Congo family of languages and is used by the Jor ethnic group. The language has its own unique phonetic and grammatical structures, which distinguish it from neighboring languages.
Efforts to document and preserve Jor Language have been made, as it faces challenges from dominant languages in the region. Language preservation initiatives aim to promote its use among younger generations and ensure that the cultural heritage of the Jor people is maintained for future generations.
