Johnny Rotten
Johnny Rotten, born John Lydon on January 31, 1956, is an English singer and songwriter best known as the lead vocalist of the punk rock band Sex Pistols. He became a prominent figure in the punk movement of the 1970s, known for his distinctive voice and rebellious attitude. The band's only studio album, Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols, is considered a landmark in punk music.
After the breakup of the Sex Pistols, Lydon formed the band Public Image Ltd (PiL) in 1978, which explored a more experimental sound. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his outspoken personality and has appeared in various media, including television and film, further solidifying his status as a cultural icon.
