John 3
In the book of John chapter 3, a Pharisee named Nicodemus visits Jesus at night to discuss spiritual matters. Nicodemus is curious about Jesus' teachings and acknowledges that He is a teacher sent from God. Jesus tells him that to see the kingdom of God, one must be "born again," which confuses Nicodemus.
Jesus explains that being "born again" refers to a spiritual rebirth through the Holy Spirit. He emphasizes the importance of faith, stating that God sent His Son into the world not to condemn it, but to save it. This chapter also includes the well-known verse, John 3:16, highlighting God's love for humanity.
