Joaquín Andújar
Joaquín Andújar is a former professional baseball pitcher from the Dominican Republic. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) primarily during the 1980s and early 1990s. Andújar is best known for his time with the St. Louis Cardinals, where he was a key player in their pitching rotation.
Andújar was recognized for his strong arm and competitive spirit on the mound. He was an All-Star in 1984 and played a significant role in helping the Cardinals reach the World Series in 1985, where they ultimately lost to the Kansas City Royals.
