Jaya Bhaduri
Jaya Bhaduri, also known as Jaya Bachchan, is a prominent Indian actress and politician. Born on April 9, 1948, in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, she gained fame in the 1970s with her performances in films like Guddi and Chupke Chupke. Jaya is celebrated for her versatile acting skills and has received several awards, including the Filmfare Award.
In addition to her film career, Jaya Bhaduri is a member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of India's Parliament, representing the Samajwadi Party. She is married to veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and is the mother of actress Shweta Bachchan Nanda and actor Abhishek Bachchan.
