Japanese White-Eye
The Japanese White-Eye, also known as Mejiro, is a small songbird native to Japan and surrounding regions. It measures about 11 to 12 centimeters in length and is easily recognized by its bright green plumage and distinctive white eye-ring. This bird primarily inhabits forests, gardens, and parks, where it can often be seen flitting among the branches.
